This Privacy Policy explains how Decisynx, a division of RockNTix Inc. (“Decisynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information in connection with Vauryn, including the Vauryn General Purpose AI, Vauryn AI Learning Companion, websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
We believe AI services should collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide their functionality. Accordingly, Vauryn is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Vauryn, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account Information
If you create an account, we may collect information such as:
- Email address;
- Name or display name, if provided;
- Login and authentication information; and
- Account preferences.
Conversations and User Content
When you interact with Vauryn, we may collect and retain:
- Questions and prompts;
- AI-generated responses;
- Conversation history;
- Documents or other content you choose to submit;
- Feedback you provide; and
- Information associated with your use of particular features.
Conversation history may be retained so that you can access previous conversations and continue using the Services.
Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Services, such as:

- Device type;
- Browser or operating system information;
- Application version;
- General usage information;
- Log information; and
- Security and diagnostic information.
We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Seek to Collect
Vauryn is designed around data minimization.
We do not intentionally require users to provide unnecessary information such as a home address, Social Security number, or other sensitive identifying information merely to use the Services.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for their particular use of the Services.

4. AI Conversations and Model Improvement
Because Vauryn is an AI service, conversations and other interactions may be analyzed for purposes such as service operation, quality assurance, safety, debugging, evaluation, and improvement.
Our approach to using interactions for AI model training or improvement may change as our technology and business develop.
We will update this Privacy Policy or provide other appropriate notice if our practices materially change.
Where we establish choices or controls regarding the use of conversations for model training or improvement, those choices will be communicated through the Services or applicable settings.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
We may disclose information to service providers and other third parties when reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Services.
These parties may include providers of:
- Cloud computing and hosting;
- AI infrastructure;
- Authentication;
- Payment processing;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Analytics;

Service providers are expected to use information for the purposes for which it is provided and subject to appropriate contractual or other protections where applicable.

If Decisynx or RockNTix Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain conversation history, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our systems.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
Where reasonably practical, we may delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

11. Children and Teenagers
The current Vauryn pilot is generally intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Individuals between 13 and 17 years of age may participate with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
The current pilot is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to participate in the pilot.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in connection with the pilot without the required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by applicable law.
Before expanding Vauryn to broader K–12 use or intentionally offering the Services to children under 13, we may implement additional privacy, consent, parental-control, and student-data protections appropriate to that deployment.
12. Educational and Student Information
Vauryn is intended to support educational activities, but the current pilot is not designed to require users to provide information such as their school name, student identification number, home address, or other unnecessary identifying information.
Educators, parents, and institutions should avoid providing unnecessary student personal information through the Services.
Additional agreements or privacy requirements may apply to institutional or school deployments.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and applications may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, analyze performance, improve functionality, and maintain security.
You may have the ability to control certain technologies through your browser or device settings.
14. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payments, analytics, security, and other functions.
Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies where applicable.
We encourage users to review applicable third-party privacy practices where appropriate.

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where Decisynx, its affiliates, or service providers operate.
Where required by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
